Welcome to Eternal Light Center LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our healing services, including but not limited to [Activations, Workshops & other Healing Modalities.] (collectively, the "Services"). By booking an appointment, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services and Client Eligibility

We offer holistic healing services intended to support wellness, relaxation, and personal growth. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. Clients are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare providers for any health concerns.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, booking system, or by direct contact.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

• You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no reduction in fees.

3. Payments and Deposits

• Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure an appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future appointment with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability and our approval.

• Transferability is valid for 6 months from the original booking date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

• We accept cash, check or major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the full deposit or session fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full session fee and may result in restrictions on future bookings.

5. Client Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

• You agree to provide accurate health and personal information relevant to the Services.

• You will conduct yourself respectfully during sessions. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• You are responsible for any personal belongings; we are not liable for lost or damaged items.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question.

• You assume all risks associated with participating in the Services, including but not limited to any emotional, physical, or energetic responses.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and methodologies provided during or related to the Services are our intellectual property. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use them without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy  and applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
